British super middleweight title for kickboxer Chris James

Chris James (centre) wins the British Title fight in style at Bridgwater Town Hall.
KICKBOXER Chris James knocked out Cardiff's Gareth Richards in sensational fashion at the weekend to win the IKF British Super Middleweight Championship.
James, who fights for 'All or Nothing' team, was put under pressure early on from the Welshman and despite getting caught in the first round by a couple of hard right hooks James used his experience to ward off the early onslaught with a couple of counter punches.
The Bridgwater Town Hall crowd got behind James for the scheduled ten-round fight but midway through the second round James caught Richards with a flush left hook that clearly wobbled his opponent and from there he caught Richards with another stunning hook that floored Richards.
In the third round, James produced three solid punches to end the contest and lift the title.
