BRIDGWATER Town have been drawn against Taunton in the Somerset Premier Cup semi-finals.

The sides will play out the juicy affair during the week beginning April 8 after Town saw off Toolstation outfit Bishop Sutton 3-2 in a tough away tie last Tuesday night.

Two goals in the final ten minutes saw the visitors to victory.

Craig Veal opened the scoring for Town in the 12th minute, but Sutton were level through Jordan Metters 15 minutes later, then Will Hailston gave the home side a 2-1 half-time lead with a second on 35 minutes.

Sutton held out until the 80th minute when Veal was on hand to score his second of the game from close range after the Sutton keeper failed to deal with a cross.

Just five minutes later Graham Mercieca netted the winner.
