A CLINICAL performance from Tiger Old Boys saw them dump Peasedown Albion out of the Somerset cup at the quarter final stage.
Two goals apiece for Jake Adey and Carl Jones and one from Ian Bellinger helped to wrap up the 5-0 win.
In the Dave Hobbs Cup Grasshoppers held their nerve to beat Middlezoy on penalties. The match was 2-2 after extra time with Sam Weston and James Bawden on the scoresheet for Grasshoppers but they progressed through to the next round after winning 5-4 from the penalty spot.
Pawlett Rebels were indebted to goals from Darryl Taylor, Simon Coombes and Josh Harvey as they beat Highburn 3-2 to get into the hat for the next round. Adam Lock and an own goal made up the scoring for the visitors.
Elsewhere in the cup, Maltshovel beat ROF 1-0.
In Division One New Foresters and Abbey Moor played out a 2-2 draw with Brendan Pope and Charlie Baker netting for Foresters.
In Division Two, goals from Rob Trice and Josh Champion ensured Puriton claimed the points with a 2-0 win at Rhode Lane Wanderers.
Flag Old Boys hit Cornhill for six as they won 6-1 thanks to four Jamie Stewart goals and one apiece for Matty Parker and Dan Crossley. Will Pope bagged Flag’s consolation.
Pawel Duda, Michal Fabiankovic, Milan Kubinec, Sean Roberts and Liam Hole helped Willow Green to a 5-3 victory over Knowle.
Huntspill Crowns claimed the win in their derby clash with Huntspill BPH thanks to goals from Jonny Rawlings and Kevin Watts.
Ramblers produced a comfortable 8-2 win over North Petherton as Sam Granville grabbed a hat-trick, Jarried Mackay hit a double and there were goals from Phil Court from the penalty and one for Brad Butler and Joe Clark. Jason Mantyk and Tom Walford.
