Enmore Park Seniors conclude 2012 season...a month late
ENMORE Park Seniors at last were able to conclude the 2012 season – albeit in January 2013 – when they played their postponed match at home to Minehead at Enmore Park with captain Tony Pomeroy in charge.
The wet weather that dogged Pomeroy throughout last year followed him during this encounter.
Eight pairs competed with Enmore using home advantage to win 5-3.
An added spice to the fixture was the recording of holes won and lost by each pair and Enmore are able to take an eight hole advantage to the return match at Minehead when 2013 captain, Keith Norcutt, will be at the helm.
