WITH a new line up due to player unavailability, Jupiter started slowly, allowing Gems to take a 13 -10 lead at the end of the first quarter.

Jupiter made a change at GD but the match remained tight, as Gems extended their lead to 25 - 20 by half time.

A change at GK and later an enforced change at GD didn’t affect Jupiter’s focus, as they clawed their way back into the game to reduce Gems’ lead to 36 - 33 at the end of the third period.

The final quarter saw Gems under constant pressure, as Jupiter snatched victory in the final seconds, 48 - 47.

Jupiter 47, Vivary 43

JUPITER were away to Taunton's Vivary in a mid-week clash. It was a closely contested game from the first whistle, as both teams showed great skill and determination throughout the full 60 minutes.

With the lead swinging back and forth, it took some exceptional shooting from both Paige Davey (GS) and Sammy Kemmish (GA) to edge Jupiter into the lead and help them win their 11th game in a row 47-43.
