Somerset Rebels confirm full 2013 line-up

SOMERSET Rebels 2013 septet is now complete with the news that British Under-19 Champion, Stefan Nielsen, has signed for the Highbridge-based side, the Rebels promotion moving quickly to secure the services of the highly talented 18 year-old.

Despite his Scandinavian sounding name, Nielsen is, in fact, British, albeit with a Danish father, and made his debut for Scunthorpe in the National League in 2011, and was a member of the combined Scunthorpe/Sheffield side that won the National League title that year.

The full Salt Express Christmas Cracker line-up at the Oaktree Arena on December 28 is Ricky Ashworth, Ben Barker, Lewis Bridger, Ryan Fisher, Joe Haines, Richard Hall, David Howe, Simon Lambert, Randy Oldenziel, Kyle Newman, Derek Sneddon, Jacob Thorssell, Andrew Tully, Claus Vissing, Richie Worrall, James Wright.
