A PROMISING first half performance gave Morganians the hope of their first win of the season.
Roy Grimstead crossed over the line as the team trailed 7-5 at half-time in with a shout of turning over the higher-placed league opposition.
But two more tries, one converted, from the home side in the second half meant they ran out as 19-5 winners.
On Saturday, the team are at home to Crewkerne 2nds for a 2.30pm kick-off.
