Pawlett Rebels hit ten past Bath Spa Rovers without reply as braces from Darryl Taylor and Bart Ochim, and strikes from Adam Lawrence, Ryan Williams, Simon Coombes, Marcus Slade, Lee Turner and an own goal made up the scoring.
Tiger Old Boys edged a seven-goal thriller in a 4-3 win over KCC. Coming back from 3-1 down, Nigel Cornell, Carl Jones, Gary Head and an Ian Bellinger penalty ensured they won.
Meanwhile, Red Tile lost 2-1 to Welton White Hart despite Jake Collard’s goal, Lewis Hodge and Rob White scored consolation goals in New Foresters 5-2 loss to Cary Swans, and two Ash Perry strikes couldn’t see Abbey Moor to victory as they lost 4-2 to Larkhall Athletic.
In Division 1, Highburn and Grasshoppers drew 4-4. Adam Lock’s hat-trick and one for Chris Palmer was cancelled out by two Les Pope penalties and one for Dan Saunders and Sam Weston.
Maltshovel remain unbeaten at the top after their 5-1 win over Middlezoy Amicus thanks to goals from Paul Organ, Dean Organ, Piers Govier and two for Ryan Chidgey. Zoy’s keeper Joe Warren scored for the home side.
In Division 2, Cobblestones beat Willow Green 2-1 with Jamie Merrick and Tom Modley scoring for the visitors and Pawel Duda netting for Willow Green.
North Petherton’s Jason Mantyk and Nahum Lang netted to ensure they beat Huntspill 2-1. Martin Lang also saved a penalty to see Pethy come away with all three points.
