Musgrove signs Mencap charter

Musgrove Park Hospital has signed up to Mencap’s ‘Getting it Right’ charter to commit to improving healthcare for learning disability sufferers.

It calls on healthcare professionals to commit to a police promise that will help make sure sufferers across Somerset can live free from the fear of crime.

Greg Dix, director of nursing at Musgrove, said: "We are proud to sign up to the Mencap Charter at Musgrove Park Hospital.

"We care passionately about getting it right for all those with a learning disability who use our services.

"The Charter is the next step in our journey to continuously improve their experience."
