MORRISONS is recalling its Italian Penne Bolognese Bake ready meal because it contains the undeclared allergen celery.

The 400g packs costing £2.23 did not include celery in the lists of ingredients which could pose a health risk for anyone with an allergy or intolerance to celery.

The chilled packs made by Morrisons all have best before dates from the 18th to 23rd of February 2018.

The Yorkshire-based retailer said: "Morrisons is recalling the above date codes of this product because it contains celery that is not declared on the label.

"This means the product could pose a possible health risk to anyone with an allergy or intolerance to celery.
