WHILE many of us enjoy adding some Christmas lights to the outside of our homes, one Somerset pub has gone a step or two further.
And the Queen Victoria Inn, in Priddy, has not only been completely covered in lights, but landlord Mark Walton has also renamed the venue The Gingerbread Inn for the festive season.
Candy canes, gingerbread people and much more adorn the exterior of the usually-traditional pub, which sits high up in the Mendip Hills.
Alongside the lights stands a Christmas tree made from hundreds of wine bottles (they are empty!).
Somerset Camera Club member Alan Casling took these pictures of the spectacular lights show.
- Does your house get into the spirit of christmas with lights? Send us your pictures - we'd love to share the festive fun!
