AVON and Somerset Police have passed on an urgent appeal for a missing man believed to be in Somerset.
West Midlands Police issued an urgent appeal to trace Steven Sanger after he went missing from his home in Sutton Coldfield.
Mr Sanger has not been seen since Tuesday (August 1), when he is believed to have left his home.
A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: “We are urgently appealing for information to find missing man Steven Sanger who has not been seen since Tuesday.
“The 55-year-old from Sutton Coldfield is described as white, around 6ft 3ins tall with short white hair. He is of a medium build and is often seen with his glasses on.
“Mr Sanger is believed to have left his home sometime after 8am.
“Concerns are growing for Mr Sanger’s safety and we are urgently trying to locate him to make sure he is ok.
“Anyone with information is asked to call the locate team on 101 844 6406 or the Missing Persons charity on 116 000.”
An Avon and Somerset Police spokesman said: "Please look out for Steven in the Weston-super-Mare area as we believe he's here. If seen please call 999 and give ref 5217176672."
