STUDENTS at schools across Bridgwater are being offered the chance to explore the world of work via the internet. The U-Explore system, provided by the Futures for Somerset group, uses graphics, video and multimedia to link education with businesses. Anne Fraser, from the scheme, said: “We are pleased schools are using this product and how many young people across the town are being supported in their future career choices. For example, 788 students at Haygrove have registered and 1,773 site visits have been made by students at Chilton Trinity.”
