CHILTON Trinity School performed High School Musical and marked an end of an era.
The Upper School Production was attended by John West, who led the first school production on the very same stage.
But the school is set for change when the new building will be opened in November - and this will the Upper School's last performance on the stage.
The students performed the love story of Troy (played by Kieran Boobyer) and Gabriella (played by Lily Rowland) -a basketball-playing boy being drawn together with a Science Club girl through their love of music.
But Sharpay (played by Sophie Milsom) tries to thwart their efforts to audition for the school musical. Her brother Ryan (played by Jamie Coleman) joined the diva for their impressive rendition of What I've been looking for.
Shannen Trout gave a suitably eccentric and lively performance as the drama teacher, Mrs Darbus.
Rachael Fraser said: “As everyone sang, “We're all in this together” I couldn't help thinking how fitting a finale! Well done to everyone for a fabulous evening's entertainment.”
