BUDDING young poets from Bridgwater are preparing for an Easter poetry competition.
The Bridgwater Snapshot Easter Poetry Competition is open to all age groups in Bridgwater's primary schools and is being run by the Real Ideals Organisation.
The competition is open for children to write and decorate a poem with an Easter theme.
The closing date for the competition is March 19 and pupils involved in the Bridgwater Snapshot writing group at Robert Blake Science College will help select the winners.
The winners will receive prizes of Easter eggs and certificates.
