PUPILS at North Newton Primary School got on their bikes and picked up an award.
They collected a Bronze Sustrans School Mark for encouraging more children to cycle and scooter to school.
The charity aims to cut down on the number of car journeys and congestion at school gates.
Head teacher Nick Arnold said: “We’re delighted at the pupils’ achievement. I’d also like to thank one of our teachers, Mrs Ali Crow, for leading this scheme.”
