Day of activities at Bridgwater YMCA

ANYBODY keen to learn how getting active could improve their mental well-being should visit Bridgwater YMCA on October 10.

As part of World Mental Health Day, NHS Somerset is putting on a series of fun activities from 2pm to 4pm, including free bell boating, games and table tennis.
