CONCERNED workers are being invited to take part in a London march.
Bridgwater Trades Union Council will be matching for ‘A Future that Works’ on Saturday, October 20, and is arranging for a coach to pick up walkers.
A spokesman for Bridgwater Trades Union Council said: “Austerity isn’t working. Our country faces long term economic problems but our political leaders have failed to face up to them.
“Rather than deep, rapid spending cuts we need to reverse our decline and build an economy which works for ordinary families.”
A coach will attend the rally and people can book a seat at £2 per person for the trip to London, leaving at 6.30am from Bridgwater bus station and returning from Victoria embankment at 5pm.
