ATHLETES from Sedgemoor Manor Junior School took to the field for their sports day.
The children undertook a mixture of traditional track events and other sporting activities.
Parents watched as their children ran, played football, threw balls and skipped their way to victory.
Jim Gillard, PE coordinator, said: “We like our PE here and do a lot of it. We have successful teams and athletes.
“The children go around in ability groups, so everyone has a chance to succeed. It was a fun day for them.”
The school thanked East Bridgwater students who did a great job stewarding the event.
