Puppet fun at Nether Stowey Children's Centre opening

PICTURED at the opening of the new Nether Stowey Children’s Centre are Pam Bennie, Sue Davidson, Faye and Carl Brazier, and one-year-old Jessica Brazier.

The children’s centre is a Somerset County Council building providing family support.

The building will be used by Stowey Bears Pre-School and from September, the Nether Stowey School Wrap Around Care Club.

The opening event included two puppet shows in the multifunction room, and children also enjoyed decorating hats, playing with playdough, hook a duck and other activities.

Entertainment was also provided by two musicians and cream teas were served.
