Elderly woman cut from car after crash
AN ELDERLY woman was cut free from her car after becoming trapped following a crash.
Two fire engines from Bridgwater were called to The Pines, Buncombe Hill, at 11.36am this morning (October 7) after reports of a crash.
On arrival crews found an elderly was trapped in one of the vehicles.
The woman was cut free from the car using hydraulic cutting equipment to remove the roof.
She was left in the hands of the ambulance crew.
