A FORMER magistrates court in Bridgwater has been put up for auction for £395,000.
The century-old building in Northgate will be auctioned on Wednesday, September 27.
The building is described as a "development opportunity" as it comes with planning permission for a mixed-use scheme of 10 flats.
The public auction will take place at All Saints Church, Clifton.
The building, which dates back to 1911, was previously sold to an anonymous bidder in 2015 for £186,000.
