FIRE: There has been a chimney fire on New Road in East Huntspill
FIREFIGHTERS from Burnham-on-Sea and Bridgwater were called after reports of a property fire in East Huntspill.
Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service were called at 5.51pm today (April 18) after reports of a fire on New Road in East Huntspill.
Crews from Burnham-on-Sea and Bridgwater were mobilised to attend the incident.
On arrival crews discovered a fire in the property but this fore was contained to the chimney.
Crews used chimney gear to extinguish the fire and make the property safe.
