THE BBC is looking for students who left Haygrove School in 1996 to take part in a school reunion for a new TV programme.

BBC Bristol is making a new six episode series called 'A Very British Country House', to showcase that not all manor houses are like Downton Abbey, but are actually used to hold events and gatherings.

Following a nationwide search a former Haygrove pupil has been shortlisted for the show which will be filmed at a Somerset Country House, which cannot be disclosed at this point.

A BBC spokesman said: "We are considering helping them arrange a reunion and we’d like to find out if there is any interest locally and find out if we can bring more people together to catch up with old friends.

"We are looking for people who left Haygrove in 1996 – The year take that split up, England’s disastrous penalty against Germany in Euro 96, and TFI Friday first broadcast."

The programme will air globally on the BBCs International Channels.

Former students are asked to email their contact details, a current photo and if possible a school photo, and a little detail about what has happened in their life over the past 20 years to reunion@bbc.com by Friday, September 24.
