CRASH: A woman has been taken to hospital following a crash on the A38 near Walford Cross
A WOMAN has been taken to hospital following a crash between Taunton and North Petherton.
Two vehicles were involved in the crash, which happened close to Walford Cross.
The road is partially blocked.
A spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Police said: "We were called to a two vehicle road traffic collision on Walford Cross just before 1.20pm.
"One person is being treated at the scene and one woman has been taken to Musgrove Park Hospital in Taunton.
"Her injuries are not serious."
