An animal rescue team from Bridgwater saved a pregnant horse who had got stuck in a river.
The incident happened at 8:37am on July 20, in Horsey Lane, Muchelney, Langport.
The fire service were called, and one crew from Somerton attended, along with the Bridgwater rescue team.
On arrival the crews liaised with the owner and rescued the pregnant horse from the water using its halter and forward lead.
