Man stuck up to his knees in Bridgwater mud
Firefighters were called out to Hamp Avenue, Bridgwater yesterday afternon after a report of a man stuck up to his knees in mud.
One fire appliance from Bridgwater, one fire appliance from Nether Stowey and the special rescue team from Bridgwater were sent to a report of a male person stuck in mud at the above location.
Crews confirmed that one man was stuck in the mud up to his knees, he was rescued by Fire Service personnel using dry suits and a triple extension ladder.
