Shed destroyed in fire in Westonzoyland (March 31)
A SHED and its contents were destroyed in a fire in Kings Drive, Westonzoyland last night (March 31).
Fire crews from Bridgwater were called to the incident at 9.40pm last night and found the shed containing flammable materials were alight.
A hose reel and compressed air foam jet were used to extinguish the fire and an adult was treated for smoke inhalation.
The fire was extinguished by 10.39pm.
The shed and its contents were 90% destroyed by the fire and there was also 50% damage to fencing and there was 10% heat damage to gable external wall of a property.
