A NETWORKING event is being held so independent firms can meet the key people shaping the future of business in Bridgwater.
The event, on September 25 at The Canalside, Huntworth, features presentations from Somerset
Chamber of Commerce’s Hinkley Supply Chain Team, Sedgemoor District Council and Bridgwater Retail
Initiative.
Organised in conjunction with Bridgwater Chamber of Commerce, the meeting offers opportunities for local businesses to meet, develop business relationships and learn from business experts.
Steve Leahy, chairman of Bridgwater Chamber of Commerce, said: “Our speakers at this opening
event are all responsible for making decisions on behalf of the business community of Bridgwater.
“Our event is a great opportunity for local business owners to hear from our business leaders about the plans they are creating and the ways they are looking to help local businesses grow.
“Representatives from businesses of all sizes are welcome to attend.”
The event runs from 8am to 10am – entry costs £10 and includes a breakfast roll.
