New homes in Somerset on the rise

THE number of new houses registered in Somerset is going up.

Last year saw 1,627 new homes registered against 1,303 in 2012.

New home registrations nationwide are up by 28% compared with 2012.

Quite a few I expect. Sedgemoor planners are still recommending approval for new homes in flood zone 3 (high risk) despite all the flooding.
