TWO fire engines from Bridgwater and Taunton were called out to reports of a workshop fire in a property close to the fire station in Bridgwater last night (November 14).
This was a fire within a commercial property involving an oxy acetylene cylinder at around 7.30pm.
The fire was extinguished by firefighters wearing breathing apparatus and using one hose reel jet and one main jet.
A 200 metre cordon was put in place until the acetylene cylinder was confirmed to be safe.
The incident concluded at 10.40pm.
