Hall gets extra function room
AN EXTRA room has been added to St George’s Newtown Hall in Bridgwater.
The boardroom-style room at the hall in Kendale Road can seat ten to 12 people and is ideal for meetings.
The project received £22,500 funding from Viridor Credits Environmental Company through the Landfill Communities Fund, donations from The Forget Me Nots Club and Bridgwater Town Council.
There are refreshment facilities, a ramp for disabled access and increased storage for more chairs.
