HOMES in Sedgemoor has announced this year’s winners of its annual garden competition.
Dawn Lang, chief executive of Homes in Sedgemoor, said congratulations to all the winners and thanked everyone who entered.
Winning First Prize in the Small Garden category were Mr and Mrs Cornish of Meads Court, Bridgwater, with the Second Prize being taken by Pamela Cornish of Barton Close, Berrow.
The Tubs and Pots category was won by Mr and Mrs Fisher of Meads Court, Bridgwater, with the Second Prize being claimed by Mr and Mrs Bryant of West Huntspill near Highbridge.
First Prize for Vegetable Gardens was won by Mr Bilton of Edinburgh Road, Bridgwater, and coming out on top with First Prize for the Large Garden category was Mrs P Rogers of Saxon Green, Bridgwater.
A close second was Mrs C Keita of Weacombe Road, Bridgwater.
Winners and highly commended runners-up will receive their certificates at the Homes in Sedgemoor 2012 Residents’ Day on October 30 at Bridgwater College Academy - to which all tenants are welcome.
