Weston Carnival: Gremlins clinch County Cup

GREMLINS Carnival Club have won the County Cup outright after securing a clean sweep of feature wins at last night’s Weston Carnival.
The rain stayed away as thousands of spectators headed to the seaside, where Wild Bill’s Runaway Train won Gremlins a seventh straight win.
Jubilant Gremlins chairman Phil Brockbank said: “We’re over the moon. It’s such a great feeling.
“This is a fantastic club – people go out of their way to do things for this club.”
