A BRIDGWATER charity is asking people to dress up in their wedding dress to raise money for the cause.
Brainwave, which caters for children with a brain injury or genetic condition, is holding a coffee morning and National Wedding Dress Day on August 17 at 11am at the Great Escape.
Fundraising administrator Alexis Hawkes told the Mercury: "People are asked to gain sponsorship for wearing their wedding dress, bridesmaid dress or other outfit, either at work or at our coffee morning.
"Guys, wear your wives dresses to work for the day and get your colleague to sponsor you.
"We are looking for other local people to participate on the day."
For more information ring Alexis on 01278-429089.
