Here's the latet from our travel feed: Disruption on CrossCountry between Taunton and Exeter St Davids due to earlier safety checks being made. All lines are now open. Delays by up to 20 minutes / cancellations can be expected. Disruption expected until 22:45. Also affecting First Great Western.

HEAVY rain has caused flooding to a number of roads in the county this afternoon (October 11).
Up to 25mm has fallen in six hours and roads were starting to resemble rivers around Stoke St Gregory at 2pm.
The upper catchment area of the River Tone, which stretches from Waterrow to Bishops Hull, was placed on a flood warning by the Environment Agency.
Further sharp showers can be expected for next few hours.
