PRIVATE landlords in Bridgwater are being offered free advice and access to low cost loans through a scheme launching next month.

The Somerset West Landlord and Tenant Services (SweLT) is a one-stop shop for private sector landlord and tenant services in Sedgemoor, West Somerset and Taunton Deane.

It launches at the Somerset West Autumn Landlords' Forum at Bridgwater and Albion Rugby Club, from 4pm to 7.30pm on October 18.
