Somerset Business Awards motivate staff, says sponsor

WINNING a Somerset Business Award is a good way to motivate workers, according to one of the competition sponsors.

South West IT Company Blueloop, establilshed 12 years ago, sponsors the service excellence award.

Sales and marketing manager Julie Grant, said: “We look forward to finding out how businesses are reviewing their service delivery offering to customers and suppliers. We will also be looking very closely at the key performance indicators as evidence of the business’ improved performance.
