NEARLY a third of nurses in the South-West are not confident hospital staff would notice if a relative of theirs was admitted while malnourished.
Age UK is running a Still Hungry to be Heard campaign, in response to fears that older people are being left to go hungry in hospital.
Age UK says only 42% of hospitals in the South-West screen older patients for malnutrition on their admission.
