TWO people from Bridgwater were recognised in Somerset County Council’s Spirit of Carnival photography competition.
Paul Crosier came second and Sue Webber was third.
Their pictures, as well as that of winner Mark Cox, of Taunton, were taken during last year’s carnival circuit.
