TEN squatters were evicted from the old Federal Mogul building on Colley Lane in Bridgwater this morning.
Police, bailiffs and court officers swept through the disused buildings, moving compliant people out from the property.
Trolleys packed with blankets, lights and other personal belongings were pushed out by the squatters and they were told to move on.
Site owners Concise Construction have instructed workers to reinforce the perimeter fence and secure the low buildings.
Sgt Rich Crenol said: “Concise Construction has undertaken to secure their site and will be robust with any further squatters found on their land. I would reiterate that if any residents have any future concerns to raise them either with the police or via our partners at Sedgemoor District Council."
