A STUDENT from Elmwood Special School in Bridgwater scooped first prize in an art competition held at Glastonbury Abbey.

Jordan Jones was crowned winner in the young persons aged between 12 and 15 category in a small reception in the Abbey museum where he was presented with his prize.

The abbey is currently holding an exhibition entitled ‘Images of Arthur’ until the end of September which featured an open art competition on how entrants thought of King Arthur.
