THE magnificent Halswell House at Goathurst was the setting for an enormous fundraising tea party on Sunday.
The Mad Hatters Tea at 3 event was held to raise money for St Margaret’s Somerset Hospice.
As well as an array of daft hats – with prizes for the most weird and wonderful – there was plenty for people to do, with stalls, games, an open house and gardens and entertainment from the Coastline Singers.

Toby, aged three, and Tristan, five, had pots of fun.
The Coastline Singers provided musical entertainment.
