PROUD parents watched on as youngsters from Puriton Primary School performed a series of musical concerts.

Relatives were invited along to see what the children had prepared and were left feeling as 'proud as punch', according to year three teacher Steve Davies.

He said: “The concerts were a celebration of work we had done in class on different countries, home life, dress sense, food and other subjects and they all went into the final performance.

“It was a great opportunity to showcase the work we do and it isn't very often the families get to see what the kids have been doing but they absolutely loved it and the whole show was a huge success.”
