Puriton crash man named

THE man killed in a motorbike crash near Puriton on Sunday has been named as Dominic Payne from Woolavington.

Dominic was riding his grey Kymco Venox 250cc motorbike at around 2.30pm on Sunday, when he was involved in a collision with a Peugeot 106 car in Woolavington Road, near Puriton.

He suffered serious injuries as a result of the crash and was declared dead at the scene a short time later.

Police would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the collision or may have been travelling in the area at the time.

I live near to where this traggic accident happened and would just like to pass on my Deepest Sympathys And Condolences to the family of the young lad who lost his life in this horrible accident.

I am a friend of Dom and my heart goes out to his parents, none can understand what it is to lose two sons but we are all deeply sympathetic and sad of your loss. Dom was a wonderful person who brought an infectious smile with him at all times. He will be hugely missed and always very much loved.
