GUESTS enjoyed the sunshine at the Wellbeing and Superfood Festival held this weekend.

Charley Elizabeth Events organised the event at Woodlands Castle and it proved to be a huge success with Somerset locals.

With a range of fantastic stalls, from yoga to scented candles, there was never a dull moment.

Guests satisfied their appetites with a range of superfood stalls, including Polly Nastimos Little Greek Food Truck, Gluten Free Gourment, Not Just Sushi Japanese Street Food, as well as drinks from Unstabled.

Live music filled the grounds of Woodlands Castle and guests heard from Sadie Horler, Abi Baker, Jacob & Drinkwater Folk Duo and Leila Addyman, Taunton’s got talent winner.

There was also yoga, HIIT fitness and tai chi sessions on the lawn - a taster of each so everyone could experience these unique exercise sessions.

Many different talks took place throughout the afternoon. The Sangha House gave the Four Pillars of Holistic Health talk. Dawn Scott, The Colour Guru, gave a talk entitled Using Colour for Health and Wellbeing and Julie Ann Horrox gave a talk called Detox your life with breath.
