Have your say in archaeology poll

WHICH archaeological site in Britain is the most important? That's the question being posed to people across Sedgemoor in a Radio Four poll.

Could it be Somerset's very own Sweet Track? Or how about Shapwick Heath National Nature Reserve - the earliest trackway made anywhere in Britain?

Phil Holmes, site manager for Natural England, said: "The nature reserve is not only a fantastic place to see wildlife, but a monument to the history and ingenuity of Neolithic man.

"It's a unique window to the past and definitely worth your vote."

You can vote by emailing, today@bbc.co.uk with a message entitled best archaeological find and typing The Sweet Track.
