Fire in three-storey home
FIREFIGHTERS tackled a house fire in Bridgwater yesterday evening (Saturday).
They were called to the incident in Eastwood Close shortly before 9pm.
Initial reports suggested there were people still inside the building.
On arrival crews saw smoke issuing from a window on the top floor of the three-storey premises.
They put out the fire, which involved a light before ventilating the home.
Everyone was accounted for and there were no reports of any injuries.
