DISHEARTED Bridgwater adults with learning disabilities have hit out at the "upsetting" decision to cut courses for them at Bridgwater College.
For many of the men and women the lessons are a lifeline and an opportunity to make friends, as well as learn more.
But the college says it has had its hands tied by the Government and is "as frustrated as everyone else".
Speaking from a supported living house in town, three adults with learning disabilities revealed to the Mercury how they feared the cuts would cause them to lose confidence and friends they had made.
See this week's Mercury for the full story.
