A CLOUDY start for Somerset is likely to set the tone for the day, with some light rain forcast around the county this afternoon.
In the South west summary, Met Office said: "A cloudy and windy day with coastal gales for a time and outbreaks of rain and drizzle, heaviest in the west and over the hills.
"This will ease through the day, and some eastern parts may remain dry throughout."
The maximum temperature is set to reach around 15C, before falling to a minimum of 11C overnight.
Tomorrow's forecast said: "After a cloudy start, Wednesday will become fine and warm with long spells of sunshine developing through the day."
The temperature is set to peak at around 21C.
